When you sign up for an early access or request a demo of our Service, we collect your email address. We will not share, sell, or spam your email address with mails other than i) our Service related communications during alpha and beta trials, ii) launch notifications, or iii) any other material updates to Service.
Information Collected During Sign Up
When you sign up for a Rightaway Service account, you may provide some contact information such as name of business, username, password, phone nos., and email address. Some of this public information shall be available to users on your contact profiles to enable users to identify and communicate with you.
Our servers automatically record information ("Other Log Data") created by your use of the Service. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, search terms, and cookie information. We receive Log Data when you interact with our Service, for example, when you visit our websites, sign into our Service, interact with our email notifications, etc.
Personal and Sensitive Data
Our Service is highly secure and we take all possible measures to avoid any malicious attacks. However, it is also your responsibility to safeguard your personal information such as passwords, access codes at all times. Please do not share such information with any one. Also, please refrain from sharing Sensitive Data such as Tax IDs, Bank Account details or any such information using this Service.
